About Lake House Soapery
Suds Around the Lake
Lake House Soapery was born from a love of handmade soap, simple ingredients, and life around Buckeye Lake.
What started as a personal interest in making soap quickly became something more. I fell in love with the process – choosing fragrances, blending colors, cutting each batch by hand, and creating bars inspired by the places and personality of the lake.
Today, each soap is still made in small batches with care, with the hope that every bar brings a little bit of lake life into your everyday routine.
Meet the Maker
I’m Debbie, the founder and soap maker behind Lake House Soapery.
I’ve always loved creating things that feel both beautiful and useful, and soap making became the perfect blend of the two. Over the years, Lake House Soapery has grown into something deeply personal – part creative outlet, part connection to the lake, and a way of sharing a little piece of this place with someone else.
From choosing the colors and scents to pouring, cutting, wrapping and choosing the right name for each bar, every part of the process is done with intention.
And yes, there is usually a dog nearby supervising the whole operation.
